OUR FLAGSHIP PROGRAM

Write What You Want to Believe

Now enrolling for 2027

A 24-week storytelling and filmmaking program for young adults 18+ moving through big life transitions. Participants start with their own beliefs, turn them into a screenplay, and then bring that story to the screen with a real crew.

This is creative work, not therapy. We connect participants to professional support when they need it.

PHASE 1

Screenwriting

12 weeks

Belief work and story ideation, the Belief Map, character and scene writing, and a finished short screenplay. Completing Phase 1 earns an invitation to Phase 2.

PHASE 2

Filmmaking

12 weeks

Production roles, rehearsal, and a professional shoot, including the Receiving Scene at the heart of every story. You leave with a finished film and screen credit.

INITIATIVES

Bigger than one cohort

Films, celebrations, and gatherings that bring the whole community in.

FILM AND MEDIA

The Way Back Home

Our first feature film, written and directed by Tamala Baldwin and made with a community cast and crew, with young adults learning on set. It premieres at the 2026 Heart Awards.

COMMUNITY

The Heart Awards

Our annual fundraising gala honoring people who keep showing up for storytelling, education, and community. This year it closes with the private screening of The Way Back Home.

COMING SOON

Becoming Love Fest

We are building toward an annual creative festival with lab tracks, a 48-hour filmmaking challenge, and the Heart Awards as its closing night. Want to help shape it? We would love to hear from you.

Bring a Storytelling Lab to your community

Schools, churches, community centers, and organizations can host a lab or workshop for their young adults. Have gear, space, or supplies to share? In-kind gifts keep our programs going.
