Thank you for your interest in our
storytelling program
We’re glad you’re here. You’re about to apply for an 8-week, in-person writing and storytelling program for young adults ages 18–24 who want to transform lived experience into story and shape that story into something real.
Over eight weeks, we meet in person once a week to write, reflect, and learn the foundations of screenwriting. Each participant’s journey will look different, but the work is shared. By the end of the program, some participants may walk away with a script that is ready to move toward production.
Showing up matters. The work builds week to week, and presence is part of the process.
Because space is limited, we prioritize applicants who have the time to fully commit. You don’t need writing or filmmaking experience. You do need to be willing to write, listen, reflect, and participate with care.
This pilot program is also the first step toward joining us in the creation of a collaborative film, inspired by the themes and stories that emerge from this cohort.
This application helps us understand your interests, availability, and readiness to participate. Please answer all questions thoughtfully and in complete sentences. There are no right or wrong answers, and you never have to share anything you are not comfortable sharing.
Selected applicants will be invited to a brief interview prior to final acceptance.
Applications close Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
