 Vendor Intake

We are so excited to welcome you to the very first Story ReWrite event! This gathering is incredibly special to us, and we can’t wait to share this milestone with you. The event is tentatively scheduled for 1:30 PM, with vendor setup beginning at 12:30 PM. All vendors should be fully set up and ready to go at least 15 minutes before doors open. The exact time and location will be announced soon.

To create a more intimate and engaging experience, we are limiting vendor spots to just two per event, ensuring you receive meaningful visibility and connection with our warm and intentional community.

As a vendor, you will be mentioned in our event promotions both online and acknowledged in person, helping us shine a light on the incredible work you do. We are happy to provide you with a 6-foot table and two chairs to create a beautiful space that reflects your offerings. Breakdown will begin at the close of the event.

Once approved, you’ll receive details on how to submit the $75 non-refundable vendor fee. Please note that to maintain the intimate and curated feel of the event, booth sharing is not allowed, and oversized floor banners or displays are prohibited.

Disclaimer and Liability Release for The Story ReWrite Vendor Application

I, the undersigned Vendor, hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Disclaimer and Liability Release ("Agreement") in connection with my participation as a vendor at The Story ReWrite organized by The Becoming Love Project Inc. ("Event").

Date: Saturday May 18, 2025
Location: Atlanta, Georgia

I understand the vendor fee is $75 and is non-refundable.

Disclaimer:
I, the undersigned Vendor, understand and acknowledge that The Becoming Love Project Inc. is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of my merchandise, equipment, or personal belongings during The Story ReWrite. I am solely responsible for safeguarding my property and ensuring its security throughout the event.

Liability Release:
I hereby release and discharge The Becoming Love Project Inc., its officers, employees, volunteers, and sponsors from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me or my associates during The Story ReWrite.

Insurance:
I understand that it is my responsibility, as the Vendor, to carry adequate insurance coverage for my merchandise, equipment, and liabilities. The Becoming Love Project Inc. does not provide insurance coverage for Vendors and shall not be held responsible for any damages or losses incurred.

Compliance with Laws:
I agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations in connection with my participation as a vendor at The Story ReWrite.

Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Becoming Love Project Inc. from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of my participation as a vendor at the event.

Photography and Marketing:
I grant The Becoming Love Project Inc. the right to use photographs and images of my booth, merchandise, and staff for promotional and marketing purposes related to The Story ReWrite.

I have read and understood the terms of this Disclaimer and Liability Release, and I voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms.
