The Story ReWrite is more than just an event—it’s a movement that uses storytelling as a tool for healing, empowerment, and transformation. By becoming a sponsor, you have the opportunity to support this mission while meaningfully engaging with our community. Please complete the form below so we can learn more about you and how we can best collaborate.

As a sponsor, you’ll receive a 10-minute speaking opportunity during the event, a dedicated table with two chairs to showcase your work, and the ability to display a retractable banner at your table. You’ll also be spotlighted across our online promotions and website and have the chance to connect with attendees beyond the event by including an exclusive offer in our post-event email.

Breakdown will begin at the close of the event. To maintain the intimate and curated feel of the experience, booth sharing is not allowed.

Disclaimer and Liability Release for The Story ReWrite Sponsor Application

I, the undersigned Sponsor, hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Disclaimer and Liability Release ("Agreement") in connection with my participation as a sponsor at The Story ReWrite, organized by The Becoming Love Project Inc. ("Event").

Date: Saturday, May 17, 2025
Location: Atlanta, Georgia

I understand the sponsorship fee is $350 and is non-refundable.

Disclaimer:

I, the undersigned Sponsor, understand and acknowledge that The Becoming Love Project Inc. is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of my materials, equipment, or personal belongings during The Story ReWrite. I am solely responsible for safeguarding my property and ensuring its security throughout the event.

Liability Release:

I hereby release and discharge The Becoming Love Project Inc., its officers, employees, volunteers, and other sponsors from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me or my associates during The Story ReWrite.

Insurance:

I understand that it is my responsibility, as a Sponsor, to carry adequate insurance coverage for my materials, equipment, and liabilities. The Becoming Love Project Inc. does not provide insurance coverage for Sponsors and shall not be held responsible for any damages or losses incurred.

Compliance with Laws:

I agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations in connection with my participation as a sponsor at The Story ReWrite.

Indemnification:

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Becoming Love Project Inc. from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of my participation as a sponsor at the event.

Event Participation & Setup:

As a sponsor, I understand that I will have a dedicated table with two chairs and the option to display a retractable banner. I will also have 10 minutes of speaking time at the event and will be spotlighted online and on The Becoming Love Project's website prior to the event. Additionally, I may include an exclusive offer in the post-event email to attendees.

Breakdown will begin at the close of the event. Booth sharing is not allowed to maintain the intimate and curated nature of the event.

Photography and Marketing:

I grant The Becoming Love Project Inc. the right to use photographs and images of my sponsorship materials, table setup, and representatives for promotional and marketing purposes related to The Story ReWrite.

I have read and understood the terms of this Disclaimer and Liability Release, and I voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms.
