There was a time when my world felt like it had lost its light.
The love of my life was gone, and not long after, I lost my mother too. The two people who made life feel steady, warm, and full of meaning were no longer here. Everything around me seemed dimmer. Days blurred together, and nights felt endless. I carried a heavy ache in my chest that no words could describe. I prayed—harder than I ever had before—for something to bring me back to life.
I asked for direction, for meaning, for a sign. I begged God to show me how to keep moving forward. And in that stillness, that quiet space where grief and hope mingled, I felt an undeniable pull toward something I hadn’t expected: writing.
At first, it felt strange. I wasn’t writing for anyone else—no audience, no deadlines, no agenda. I simply poured my heart onto the page. But what started as a way to make sense of my pain soon became something much deeper. I didn’t just write to heal; I wrote to imagine a reality where the love of my life was still with me.
I created scripts where we laughed together, traveled to the places I had always dreamed of, and shared the life my heart longed for. I gave myself the happy endings I desperately needed, moments where everything was whole and beautiful again. And something began to shift.
Through those stories, I realized I was tapping into a frequency—a love so profound and limitless that it transcended the page. These imagined realities weren’t just wishful thinking; they were healing me. They reminded me that even though life as I knew it had changed, the essence of love was still alive, always present, and always accessible.
This wasn’t the kind of love I had lost; it wasn’t romantic or familial in the traditional sense. It was eternal, unconditional, and always present. It was as though a higher power was guiding my pen, reminding me that even in my darkest moments, love had never left me.
This love wasn’t something I needed to search for—it was already inside me, around me, and in every word I wrote. I just had to open myself to it.
Discovering the Frequency of Love
As I continued to write, I realized this love wasn’t just a feeling—it was a vibration, a frequency that could transform every part of my life. It wasn’t dependent on circumstances or other people. It was a state of being. And when I allowed myself to tune into it, my grief began to shift. The heaviness in my heart started to lighten.
This love became my anchor, my guide, and my greatest source of strength. It showed me that even when life feels broken, we can find wholeness within ourselves. It taught me that love isn’t just something we give or receive—it’s something we are.
Writing My Way Back to Life
The act of writing became sacred. Through the scripts I created, I began to heal. I wrote endings filled with joy, redemption, and hope, and in doing so, I allowed myself to feel those things too. I realized that writing wasn’t just a creative outlet; it was a spiritual practice, a way to align with this higher frequency of love.
And it was through this love that The Becoming Love Project was born.
Love as a Frequency
When I tapped into that profound love, I discovered that it wasn’t just a feeling—it was a vibration that could shift every part of my life. It was a wave that, when I allowed myself to ride it, elevated me to higher and higher states of being. The way I moved through the world changed. My relationships became more meaningful. My work became more inspired. I began to show up as my truest self, unapologetically. And it was through this love that I found my purpose: to help others experience the same transformation.
Writing became my anchor in this journey. The act of scripting, of writing my thoughts and intentions down, became a sacred practice that helped me align with this frequency. It was my way of putting my desires into the universe and taking action on them. And through that process, I shifted from one state of being to another, over and over again, elevating myself to a place where I could truly embrace my highest potential.
I realized that this practice, this vibration, wasn’t just for me. It’s for all of us. We all have access to this profound love, but so often, we forget how to plug into it. We get caught up in the busyness of life, in distractions, in doubts. But the truth is, that love is always there, waiting for us to tap into it.
The Birth of The Becoming Love Project
This is why The Becoming Love Project exists. It’s a movement that invites us to step into this higher frequency of love. It’s a space where we can shed the noise, the distractions, and the limiting beliefs, and plug into the powerful love that already resides within us. Through this project, I want to help others unlock their own potential, to step into their power, and to embrace the love that will elevate their lives in ways they never thought possible.
Our quarterly meetups—starting in May 2025—are just the beginning. These gatherings are not just events. They are sacred spaces where we come together to tap into this frequency. It’s a place for creatives, entrepreneurs, and professionals to align with their purpose, reconnect with their inner power, and build relationships that go beyond transactions. It’s a community built on the foundation of love, creativity, and purpose.

As I reflect on this journey, I can’t help but feel a deep sense of gratitude. Gratitude for discovering this love. Gratitude for the people who have walked this path with me. And gratitude for the opportunity to share this with the world.
Our website is now live, and this is just the beginning. I invite you to explore, to connect, and to start tapping into that frequency yourself. We all have the ability to become love. And when we do, we shift everything around us.
This journey isn’t just mine—it’s ours. And I can’t wait to see what happens when we all start plugging into that same powerful, transformative love.
With love and gratitude,
The Becoming Love Project
